Spencers 1st easter

he helped me pick out the stuff for his basket! he really likes his chic and his frog rattle!

the easter bunny hid eggs all over, the boys had fun finding them.

we finished dying eggs at 10 pm, they had a lot of fun though.

easter egg hunt

our friend Rene and her 3 boys came with us,

Jeremy and Caleb are good buddies!

we went to a easter egg hunt today, it was a lot of fun. they had all kinds of things to do. they had the helicopter drop the eggs, and they had 4 different jumpers. plus all the school things to play on. Jeremy found a golden egg and for his prize he got a bible, candy and a veggie tales movie on easter.

He is getting so big! I am glad it warming up so I can leave his carseat in the car! its getting hard to pack him around in it. :)

sunshine

I love sunshine! it was finally nice here today! and even though I had a million and one things I should have been doing inside, We stayed at prestons school for awhile when we went to pick him up! I swear I could feel my soul sucking up the sunshines warmth! It was so nice! thats how my faith in my Heavenly Father and Jesus is for me! its like sunshine for my soul!
As Easter gets closer I have been thinking more abt how Jesus died for me and what that means for me in my life. it amazes me that he loved you and I so much that he would die for us........... its a humbling and wonderful thing. Happy Easter and God bless! :)

family time

the boys were watching finding nemo and Jeremy just knew Spencer needed to lay down and watch it too. they are just 2 cute!

this is jerbears lip after his trip to the dentist. he did great while we were there, but afterwords he was bitting his lip why it was numb. poor kid.
Spencer is getting so animated! we have even gotten him to laugh a few times! I don't know how our family was ever complete without him.

good news

Preston is starting too feel better! No fever, he even went to school yesterday. he still has a cough and his throat hurts at night but he is on the mend.
We went to his school carnival last night and had a lot of fun! they had a book walk instead of a cake walk. I thought that was much better, I LOVE books! They also had all kinds of games and yummy food. the boys had lightning bolts painted on their cheeks. it was just a lot of fun.

Still sick

Well preston still hasn't gotten over this cold. I even took him in to the docter yesterday. and of course all they said was its a virus. she did say that she thinks he is on the tale end of the fever though. that they can last 3-5 days. we are on day 4. so I am hoping this is the last day. Poor kid is losing his voice now. My friend Cortnee has a daughter in Prestons class and I guess monday there was 7 kids absent and yesterday there were 6 kids absent. So its going around.
i just hope none of the rest of us catch it.
3 days with a sick little one sure throws my week off. so sick little one or not I need to go get milk today, we are almost out. plus there is a ever growing mtn of luandry to tackle. Lol. oh well one thing at a time right?
